Projects
IT hardware has a specific lifespan. This means that a supplier of IT-related equipment guarantees the lifetime of the relevant products. It could be, for example, the warranty period for PCs or a switcher in a network, where the manufacturer guarantees that they will security update these within a certain period of time. Companies often coordinate the purchase of IT hardware so that replacement can take place within a given time perspective on all the units in question.
A natural consequence of replacing all IT hardware at the same time will be that production at your company sometimes stops due to the replacement. Our project managers have extensive experience with such replacements and act as advisors in consultation with you as the end customer and the IT operations supplier to ensure as smooth implementation of the project as possible and to minimize "business impact".
Geographically, we are able to assist projects on a local basis as well as in the Nordics. The size of the projects is also scalable. No project is too small or large.

Field Services
A permanent employee with us - attendance per incident.
Our Field Service services include delivery, installation, maintenance, and technical support for IT equipment. Our skilled IT technicians are ready to help when needed, and as a customer, you can choose service at fixed times or when needed. We can also offer you an IT technician, which reduces the need for your own IT staff. Our IT technicians can set up wireless networks, clean server rooms, provide user support, or carry out IT projects. The service can, of course, be scaled up or down.
