Ready for a career in IT?

Our programs combine 3 months of tailored education with a 12-month specialization period at some of Denmark's most exciting companies. During the program, Experis Academy and your teachers will guide and coach you. After the specialization period, you will be able to get a permanent job with one of our customers.

Our upskilling programs have been developed in collaboration with leading IT companies and Boolean. Through one of the programs, you will develop real skills that are in line with industry needs.

To be accepted, you must have at least a bachelor's degree, you must be able to show that your coding skills are already at a high level, and that you have an interest in programming. You must be passionate about problem-solving, have a desire to learn, and like to do projects both individually and in groups. You must be fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

1. Recruitment process

2. Accelerated learning

3-month boot camp based on accelerated learning.
Tailored curriculum from one of Denmark's best IT development environments.
Theoretical learning combined with case-based tasks designed to harmonize with each client's needs, concrete tasks, and problems.
Independent technical expertise and a comprehensive curriculum.
Help with CV writing and training for job interviews.
Upon completion of the class, certifications are to be issued.

3. Specialization period

On assignment for 12 months at an exciting company.
Production for the customer.
Top-class training.
Professional advice and coaching from Experis Academy and the teachers.
Soft skill coaching.
Certification.

4. Certificate

After the upskilling, you receive one of the two following diplomas;
Full-stack Development with Java
or
Full-stack Development with .NET

In addition, you get the opportunity to get the diploma;
AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

5. Employment

When the program is over, the candidates have professionally relevant experience.
Their skills are tested, assessed, and certified twice by an external party.
We help you find permanent employment after the end of the specialization period.
